Delete Your Account
Delete in the game (fastest)
- Open EggDex and tap the ⚙ Settings button on the home screen.
- Scroll down and tap DELETE MY DATA.
- If your account is linked to Google or Apple, sign in once more to confirm it is you.
- Confirm. Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the game installed, send an email to keyodapp@gmail.com with the subject "EggDex account deletion" and include your in-game username. If your account is linked, also include the Google or Apple email address you used. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account (anonymous ID and any linked Google / Apple sign-in)
- Username and leaderboard entry
- Community Boss event participation and damage
- Invite codes and invite history
- Community collections you created or submitted, and your reports
- Cloud save backup of your game progress
- Game progress stored on the device (deleting in the game clears it; uninstalling also removes it)
What may be kept
- If you finished a weekend boss event in 1st place, your username stays on that event's champion item, because it is part of other players' collections. Ask us by email and we will replace it with a neutral name.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as how many players own an item) that cannot be linked to you.
- Crash reports and analytics data, kept by Google Firebase according to its retention policies.

- EggDex'i aç ve ana ekrandaki ⚙ Ayarlar butonuna dokun.

Oyun artık yüklü değilse keyodapp@gmail.com adresine "EggDex hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder ve oyundaki kullanıcı adını yaz. Hesabın bağlıysa kullandığın Google veya Apple e-posta adresini de ekle. Talepler 30 gün içinde işlenir.

- Bir hafta sonu boss etkinliğini 1. bitirdiysen, adın o etkinliğin şampiyon eşyasında kalır, çünkü bu eşya diğer oyuncuların koleksiyonlarının parçasıdır. E-posta ile istersen adını nötr bir adla değiştiririz.
- Seninle ilişkilendirilemeyen anonim, toplu istatistikler (bir eşyaya kaç oyuncunun sahip olduğu gibi).
- Google Firebase tarafından kendi saklama politikalarına göre tutulan hata raporları ve analiz verileri.
